Project Overview

Designed the logo and website for a tire and auto repair business, creating a clearer brand identity and a more user-friendly online experience for service discovery, promotions, and booking.

My Role

I worked on both the logo design and website design for the brand. My role focused on shaping a visual identity that felt professional and trustworthy, while also designing a website that made service discovery, promotions, and booking easier for customers.

The business needed a digital presence that could communicate multiple services clearly without overwhelming visitors. The challenge was to create a brand and website experience that felt reliable, modern, and easy to navigate while still reflecting the company’s long-standing expertise and customer-first approach.

  • Improve website clarity and structure.
  • Make services easier to browse and understand.
  • Support appointment booking and customer action.

Key contribution

Outcome

The result was a clearer brand identity and a more functional website experience that better supports customers looking for tire and auto repair services. The redesign made the business feel more modern, approachable, and easier to navigate, while reinforcing its reputation for dependable service.

1. Brand direction

I started by defining a cleaner visual direction for the logo and website so the brand would feel consistent across touchpoints. The goal was to balance professionalism with approachability, which is important for a local service business that relies on trust.

2. Website structure

The website was organized around the main customer needs: services, tire selection, promotions, and booking. This helped create a clearer hierarchy and made it easier for visitors to find what they needed quickly.

3. Visual design

The visual design emphasized readability, clean spacing, and a straightforward layout so the content felt simple and accessible. I focused on making the site easy to scan while giving the brand a more polished and modern look.

4. User experience

I designed the website to support common user actions such as browsing tire brands, learning about services, and booking an appointment. The experience was shaped to reduce friction and guide users toward key conversion points like calling or booking online.
