ThruLiquid Website Redesign

Project Overview
ThruLiquid is a digital agency focused on analytics, AI, customer journey mapping, personalization, and conversion-driven growth solutions. The website redesign aimed to create a more modern, scalable, and user-friendly digital experience that better reflected the brand’s expertise and service offering.
My Role
I worked as a UX/UI & Visual Designer on the website redesign, contributing to layout improvements, reusable UI patterns, responsive prototypes, and overall visual consistency across key web touchpoints. My role also involved collaborating with stakeholders and team members to translate complex service content into clearer, more intuitive interfaces.
ThruLiquid offers advanced services across analytics, AI, e-commerce, and customer experience, but that breadth can make the website difficult to navigate and understand quickly. The challenge was to redesign the site so visitors could more easily understand the brand, explore services, and move through the experience with greater clarity and confidence.

Role: UX Designer
1. Discovery
I reviewed the existing content structure and identified opportunities to simplify complex service information into a clearer layout. The focus was on understanding what needed to be surfaced first and where users might need more guidance while exploring the website.
2. Design system
To keep the experience consistent, I built a scalable, theme-agnostic UI system in Figma with more than 40 reusable variants. This helped create a stronger foundation for future pages and ensured the design could scale without losing visual consistency.
3. Wireframes and flows
I mapped key page structures and user flows to make the site easier to scan and navigate. The goal was to make the content feel more organized while still supporting the brand’s technical and strategic positioning.
4. High-fidelity design
I translated the wireframes into responsive, high-fidelity screens that balanced brand presentation with usability. The visual direction emphasized clean spacing, clear hierarchy, and stronger content readability so the site could feel modern and credible.
5. Prototyping and handoff
I created interactive prototypes to validate user flows and support a smoother handoff to engineering. This helped confirm how the experience should function across desktop and responsive breakpoints before implementation.
The final redesign established a more cohesive website experience with clearer navigation, stronger visual hierarchy, and a reusable design system that supports consistency across pages. It also gave the brand a more polished digital presence that better communicates ThruLiquid’s services and growth-focused positioning.
Final solution

Outcome
The redesign created a stronger foundation for ThruLiquid’s web presence by improving usability, reducing visual inconsistency, and making the brand feel more structured and professional. It also improved the site’s scalability by introducing reusable components and a clear design system for future growth.
